These draft terms describe general website use only. They are not a contract for event planning and do not replace a signed proposal or service agreement.

Website information

Website copy is provided for general information. Service availability, responsibilities, inclusions, staffing, hours on the event day, pricing, and vendor terms are controlled by the approved proposal and signed agreement.

No booking through a text

A text conversation does not reserve a date, create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or confirm a service. A vendor introduction does not create a partnership or recommendation.

Outside services

Vendors, venues, and linked services may have separate contracts, policies, pricing, licenses, and responsibilities. The final terms must reflect the business’s actual contracting model.

Photography and intellectual property

Temporary editorial images are used under their recorded stock licenses and do not depict clients or completed work. The official logo and real portfolio rights must be confirmed before replacement assets publish.

Governing terms and contact

The legal entity, contact details, language about governing law, disclaimer scope, and dispute terms remain owner and counsel decisions and are intentionally absent.
